1. The service

Crimsora provides AI-powered tutoring: live voice sessions with AI teachers, plus lessons, practice questions, quizzes, notes, and progress tracking. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use Crimsora. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you and manage the subscription. Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. If a price you locked in (such as a founding price) is guaranteed, it stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active. 4. Acceptable use

Use Crimsora for your own learning. Don’t share accounts, scrape or bulk-download content, attempt to disrupt the service, use it to complete graded work in violation of your school’s academic-integrity rules, or abuse the tutors or other people. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content & intellectual property

All instructional content on Crimsora is original and owned by us or our licensors; it’s for your personal, non-commercial use. Crimsora is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board (owner of the AP® and SAT® trademarks) or ACT, Inc.

6. AI limitations & no guarantees

Our tutors are AI. They are built to teach carefully, but like any AI they can occasionally be wrong. Crimsora is a study tool, not a guarantee of any grade, score, or admission outcome. The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Termination & changes

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
