What we collect

Account details (email, name), learning activity (courses, lessons, practice results, progress), and tutoring-session data — your voice during a live session is processed to power the conversation, and session transcripts are kept so your teacher remembers what you’ve covered and you can review past sessions. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run the service: teaching that adapts to you, progress tracking, billing, and support. Light personal context the tutor may use to stay relevant (“social memory”) is off by default, has retention limits, and can be deleted with one tap; parents can opt out entirely. We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, and Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. These set cookies or similar identifiers. We use cookies for sign-in sessions.

Retention & deletion

You can change your email or delete your account from account settings at any time. Deletion removes your personal data after a 30-day grace window (in case you change your mind), except records we must keep for legal or billing-compliance reasons.

Children

Crimsora is for students 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.
