Fair-use policy
What "unlimited live tutoring" means at Crimsora.
Unlimited, within fair use.
Premium includes unlimited live tutoring for one student’s own studying. To keep 1-on-1 sessions fast and available for everyone, live voice sessions are subject to a fair-use allowance of 30 hours per month per student — roughly an hour of live tutoring every day. Notes, practice problems, quizzes, and mock exams are never metered.
The free plan
Free accounts include the first unit of every course — notes, practice, and quizzes unmetered — plus a one-time 15-minute live-tutoring allowance usable on unit-1 lessons. It doesn’t reset; subscribing unlocks every unit and unlimited live tutoring under the fair-use policy above.
What happens at the limit.
We’ll let you know when you’ve used about 80% of the month’s minutes. If you reach the full allowance, live sessions pause until the first of the next month — everything else keeps working.

The fine print.
The allowance applies per student account per calendar month (UTC), resets on the 1st, and may change with notice. Accounts used by more than one student may be limited or separated.
