U8.12 Washer Method: Revolving Around Other Axes

Compute volumes of revolution with the washer method when the axis of revolution is a horizontal or vertical line other than a coordinate axis, by writing the outer radius R and inner radius r as distances (with offset) from the axis of revolution.
